Man, That is a Nice Picture, even the (SCPA) Special Carp Protection Agents look good. They should put that one on the WVDNR Site, it's a good Photo.

Yeah great picture and it's nice to see a cop with a smile on his face. Looks like you got a good fishing spot there. Where did you catch this fish and were you fishing from the shore? I don't have a boat so I am always looking for good shore fishing.
