there done that!” or “Man, I wish I would have….” How do you know when
that end will come? For some, like Randy Pausch, it may be earlier than
you think.
Randy has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which is one of the
most deadly cancers, with a 4% chance of a five year survival rate. Randy,
from Carnegie Mellon University, is the professor famous for his “Last
Lecture” speech.
Most people think The Matrix is just a cool sci-fi movie. There is much more to the story line than meets the eye. The movie is riddled with philosophy, spirituality, religion, theology, and cutting edge quantum physics. If you've never been exposed to theology or studied different religious beliefs you are missing why this movie is more than it first appears. This video separates each movie within The
Matrix Trilogy and explains all the belief structures, religious
beliefs, philosophies, etc. woven into The Matrix movies. It
uses the writers' and directors' own movies to show their alternate
agenda. One example of how closely the movie is really based on
religious beliefs is in the license plates on the cars during the
highway chase screen actually being Bible books and verses which parallel
what is happening in the movie. This video clearly shows it would
take much longer to fully explain the depth from which the writers wove
the stories than it did for them to write it.
I've often found the best way to enrich one's own life experience is to remain open to new ideas. Here is a terrific way to delve into that. I love that this movie introduced esoteric visions to the populous in an entertaining way. It must have struck a chord with people since it was/is still so popular. Perhaps viewers identified with some intangible ideas that rang true to them on a core level without really knowing what they identified with. I knew this stuff was there in the movie; I just did not know the intentionality of some parts.
Quite literally, this movie speaks volumes about the times we live in. You just have to look to see it.
Lindsey Williams is a chaplain/minister/missionary who volunteered to help oil company workers through personal hardships faced in the Alaskan oil fields. Through this work he eventually became close with the "big-wigs" in the oil companies. Here he talks about the amazing sham these oil companies push on the American people, the government, and the world. This video was made some 10 years ago and is so accurate in relationship to the present situation as to make one wonder whether he has a working crystal ball. Lindsey Williams has first hand knowledge of the Alaskan oil reserves, oil reserves larger than any others on earth. He talks about how the oil companies and U.S. government
won't send this oil through the pipeline for U.S. citizens to use. In the late 1970's he was told by oil company executives, "We will have gas prices of $4 a gallon or more..." He goes on to state, "I have been with the most powerful, manipulative, controlling men on the face of the planet; I couldn't believe that there were such human beings on the face of the earth..."
"There is enough crude oil in the North Slope of Alaska to supply the U.S. for 200 years, the largest deposit discovered to date on the face of the planet, larger even than the Saudi Oil Fields!"
What is stupid? Do you become stupid or are you born with a genetic predisposition toward stupidity? Would you even know if you're stupid? In what ways can you recognize stupidity in world events? Is there a difference between being stupid, moronic, or imbecile? These are actually really valid questions. Sometimes when I go out the door or turn on the TV the sheer volume of stupidity that is out there amazes me. Did you ever wonder why ever increasing great masses of people seem to validate stupidity? There are very few documentaries or literary investigations into the rise of stupidity in the world; there are even fewer about stupidity found through history. This video looks at these burning questions and ventures some amazing insights on why it is OK to be stupid in this world today: why it makes money: how the media gets away with it; and more. CAUTION: If you are a stupid person you probably don't know it and this video may be beyond you. On a more positive note, you may be just a moron or simpleton and can grasp some of the concepts put forth here.

You all have to accept my apologies for yet another post that does not involve fishing. I am sorry I just find these documentaries extremely interesting. This is another one that seeks to explain in laymen's terms a theory for a single model of the universe and all things smaller. Most theories to date have tried to incorporate the gravitational model of the universe, but that model falls apart when applied to the quantum level. The holy grail of theories is one that will encompass all sizes of matter. Having an electronics background this documentary makes sense from the scale of small laboratory experiments to the galactic discharges of entire systems. Watching the images Hubble and other telescopes have brought back you can't help but intuit the basic electrical nature of the Universe. Here is an exciting fresh perspective on looking at our Universe through today's eyes. Perhaps old doctrines and dogmas need to be thrown out and looked at freshly, with the knowledge we have at present.
Taking Nichola Tesla's technology further. Currently in Alaska there is the largest HAARP array in existence. What can it do? How does it work? What are the implications for the future? Some believe this to be the next Global Capable Weapon. Some of the ELF frequencies can disrupt aspects of the Human Mind.
This is a good documentary about the practice of Tibetan Buddhism. One can see the shamanistic influences that are reflected in the culture of Tibet. Leonard Cohen narrates this video; his voice brings a Buddhist cadence to this film that is familiar in his songs as well. He is just a good story teller and this is good material for him to lend his voice to.
Banking institutions have designed a systematic structure to keep you in debt. Ultimately, they have pocketed many of our public servants. Their money and power is enormous. Truth is stranger than fiction here and it's hidden in plain view. It is nothing less than legal loansharking and our lawmakers have signed off on it at every turn. The general population is not represented by their elected officials; the elected officials have become servants of the bankers. It is cunning and immoral, and our lawmakers allow this to happen over and over again. Simply insidious!
